Who this notice covers
Sichuan Yanghaowa Technology Co., Ltd. (四川养好娃科技有限公司; ICP filing 蜀ICP备2023033401号) operates www.up365.cc and is the personal-information handler for this static Growth Centre. The CEQ assessment system is at ceq.up365.cc and operates under its own pages, account and data rules.
What this site processes
Grade and learning-experience choices exist only in this browser's memory. They are not sent to this site's server or stored in cookies, local storage, a database or analytics. Infrastructure may record access time, requested URL, IP address and browser identifier for security and availability, for no longer than 14 days.
Purpose and retention
Technical logs are used only for fault diagnosis, abuse prevention and service availability. They rotate after the retention period and are not used for advertising profiles, automated decisions or sale to third parties.
Children
This site does not ask for a child's name, phone number, school, responses or scores. A guardian should operate the site and should not enter or send a child's personal data here. On CEQ, review its notice and complete any required authorisation before CEQ processes personal data.
Continuing to CEQ
A CEQ link leaves this site. CEQ may require sign-in, an active membership for the relevant level and an exam ticket. Current levels, payment conditions and personal-data processing are governed by the live CEQ pages. An in-page acknowledgement here is not CEQ consent evidence.
Your rights and contact routes
You may choose not to enter CEQ, or close this page to clear the in-memory selections immediately. To request access, a copy, deletion, restriction or to complain about this site's technical logs, contact Sichuan Yanghaowa Technology Co., Ltd. through CEQ customer service after sign-in. If you cannot sign in, use Tencent Cloud WHOIS's “contact domain holder” route at whois.cloud.tencent.com/domain?domain=up365.cc and include the access time, requested URL and only the information needed to verify the request. Request facts in security logs cannot be rewritten because that would damage log integrity; after verification, locatable records will be isolated or deleted, while records required by law or a security investigation rotate when that purpose ends or after no more than 14 days. Requests about CEQ account data should still use CEQ customer service or the teacher contact shown there.
